If at any time you have a complaint about any of my services, or I have not met my obligations – PLEASE inform me so that I can work towards a resolution. I would much rather you talk to me about where I went wrong and work with you to resolve this, rather than never hearing from you again. I will handle your complaint promptly, thoroughly, and fairly.
